Description
大嶺酒造所有的酒都是用山口縣在地最高級的「山田錦」酒米與「弁天水」釀造，酒瓶瓶身則是設計邀請了瑞典設計工作室「Stockholm Design Lab」操刀設計，同樣黑白極簡的設計跟酒廠本身相呼應，不透光的玻璃材質能使酒不會變質，同時也拋棄了傳統以「書法」題字設計的酒標，而改用非常簡單的「米粒」的剪影，用一到五粒米來區別純米大吟釀、純米吟釀、純米酒、 無規格酒等不同的酒款！

本酒款為大嶺20/21年新版本的2粒米，精米步合一下子由之前的48%，提升至更出色的35%，絕對是純米大吟釀的級數，而且更比早前的1粒米38%更低！看來大嶺對於酒米的研磨程度有更進一步的掌握，酒米於釀造時包含更少雜質，釀造出來的清酒果香味更豐富。入口時有著甜美像白桃一樣的醇厚香氣，適合單獨細味品嚐的極上級清酒，亦適合配搭刺身、壽司、白身魚等比較鮮味食物的餐中酒。
